Fast Change-Over
No special fixturing required, making tear down and setups of simple open-close molds a breeze. Even with dedicated fixture molds, the one-size-fits-all nature of the MORGAN-PRESS® reduces turnaround time on subsequent setups.
Versatile
The MORGAN-PRESS® features a generous injection barrel which consists of a hardened, chromed melt chamber capable of a maximum 6 cu. in. (4 oz.) shot size. Without any change-over of machine parts, the MORGAN-PRESS® can handle any shot size under that maximum.
Small Footprint and Portable
No dedicated shop space is required for the MORGAN-PRESS®. Once a job is done, the press can be unplugged and unhooked from shop air, and easily carted to a storage area. Even if you do not have a shop, the MORGAN-PRESS® can always find a base of operations in a garage, office or laboratory.
Simple
You do not need any special schooling to make tooling for or operate a MORGAN-PRESS®. Additionally, the press is designed to be fully user serviceable with many off-the-shelf components that can be sourced locally.
